    oh man, my sympathy then.

Teaching the unteachable. IE the END USER.

Been there, done that, hate that, try to avoid it.

Ryan, I'm tech support for a hospital claim clearing house.

I tech people every day how to use our software, over the phone.

I've done it in person too.

They just refuse to listen to common sense or their gut feeling.

Oh I know all about that Tony but for the pay raise it will be worth it. Not that everying thing is about money but taking calls all day long after a couple of years dont cut it LOL. Shouldnt be too bad most of what Im teaching they "should" already know.

ryang, glad things are going your way. Good luck on the new job. I'm more glad they got people like you teaching others how to run software on the job, need a lot of that. LOL. You can keep busy in Texas if you come here. Don't get lost in this big O State and remember it takes more than one day to drive from one end to the other going from flat tumble weed land to the hilly piney woods of east Texas. We got it all here without leaving the State. LOL.
Even can fish and catch up to 25 cats a day, 5 flats and on my lake, we can eat all your belly will hold. No warning. Coffee is always hot and if it aint hot enough, 'll put a drop or two of tabasco sauce in it far ya. LOL. Congrats on the new pay and job.
