New Boat question

    this will be used for fishing catfishing/bass fishing and pullin a toob every once in a while

    I like them both. As for which one's the best that's up to your personal opinion. Both have good and bad quailities. How amny people will you be fishing with? how much gear will you be hauling? which one will suit your needs the most?

    If it was me I would go with the toon. You have more room if you want to take friends with you. If going out for a nights fishing you can relax btter.
    And most of all if your wife is like mine she would be happier with it.

    I fish large lakes and rivers i have 1 child only 8 months old though i do like to fish at night alot too

    i just asked the wife she prefers the pontoon
    does anyone recomend another type of pontoon than tracker i would like to shop around you no

    If you plan on fishing alone most of the time, the toon may not be your best option. On the other hand, I would attempt to keep the wife happy as long as it got me on the water.

    While i've never owned a Toon, I would think the Mako would be easier trailering and launching (???) maybe something to keep in mind and throw into the mix....

    Toons sure are comfy though...

    I ment to add, You may want to also look at a deck boat.. Layout is just like a toon, but has V hull... Just another option...

    man those deck boats are nice but they start @ like 25,000 im have to keep it under 20,000
