Made some bait a few days ago. 1 box unflavored gelatin, pureed[juiced] chicken livers and flour to thicken enough to make dough balls. Tried it yesterday in a pond, first cast, about 3 minutes and had my first fish. A 3lb channel cat. 2 hours later and no more bites. Will try again soon.

Thanks for the heads up, trial and error is the only way to know for sure. Keep us posted.

Mixed up another batch with the juiced livers I had left and used less flour this time,

Keep hitting wrong button. SORRY!!!! First batch made good dough balls. The second batch I left sticky and think it will work as a dip bait. It is sticky.
