Hey guys, whats the water temp in some of the coves. I'll be down around the 72mm in 2 weeks. Thanks!

Last week I found water as warm as 53 degrees in the backs of the coves, gotta be getting warmer with the nice weather this week. Regardless, the fish are biting now! Chris

Generaly this weekend was 46 to 49 degrees, 51 in brushy creek cove (mm77). Cat's are gorging, spoonbills were slow. Hope this helps. Oh Yeah, watch out for extemely shallow water, main lake at deer creek cove is hard to navigate. Good luck.

Shad have been in the shallow water and near the mud banks in the shallow coves. Chris
