You must have a blockage in the line. I'd recommend replacing all lines from the fuel tank to the carbs. Costs about 12.00 for the whole kit and kaboodle. If the lower carbs are getting fuel, then it has to be in the line that connects all three carbs together.

    Float stuck shut?

If you can't push the air out of the line and into the bowl, the needle could be stuck shut.

Take out the bowl screw and pump the bulb, not running, and see if you get fuel then.

If it's not that is may be a small pen hole where the fuel is stoping and getting air in the line.

I'm always amazed at folks who ask questions, then never come back with a response. Like were here for thier benefit only.
