It has been sitting in the yard for 5 years with no maintenance. Needless to say it needs major repairs. I believe the appliances are still good to go, but the floor wood is getting weak and the back wall has dropped or folded some. Any suggestions on this project?

I'd start by ripping out the plumbing and starting over. My choice for supply would be "pex" pipe.
The walls you can easily reframe yourself with standard wood studs. You may have to rip them down to match old ones. A better framing choice as far as weight would be metal studs.
Just remember, like a boat, weight vs strength is the key.
