I seen in another post that JJ was going to the National and I was wondering how many are going, usually go, or have been? I would maybe like to make it one year, but probably not for a while. For those of you that have been was it as fun as our gatherings? :wink:

Josh from what i know this will be the 2 nd National gathering ,they are only held every few years ,Hope it will have a big turn out ,i,m hoping to get to at least meet a bunch of fellow members ,not that i will rember there names but at least i have met them .LOL

They havent had one for quite a few years. 2006 I think. I have never been, but I know Shelby and Gary went to the last one.
I would like to go, but thats a long haul. Its hard enough to get to our gatherings.:laugh:
Also, I think its in a dry county. I am not sure if that affects the beer drinkin, but I dont think it would work for some of our guys. lol
I think its hard to beat our minis in the spring and fall. Free campin, cooler temps and some good fishin is hard to beat.:wink:

If you can go, I encourage you to go.

USCA National Gatherings only happen every 3-5 years, just do to the cost of organizing them, locking in a State Park, Amphi-theater, and indoor shelter, etc etc.

Ultimately, there is no US V.S. them, we are the BOC, now USCA, and we work hard to make sure this remains the overall feeling.
