Scott, my Dad and I and our cousin went to the show two years ago. There was only one boat that we were impressed with. It was a Sea Ark 2072, loaded up. Now there were other good boat brands, but no "big cat" boats other than the Sea Ark. Within 6 months my cuz got him one. He wound up getting the Sea Ark Striper w/ a 115 Merc. Optimax. It's a 2072 w/ center console. Finally, a year and a half after the show, my Dad got a bigger boat. I found him a 2003 Tracker Grizzly 2072 w/ a 90 Merc. on Ebay and we won it. So be prepared to buy one at some point, whether its at the show, 6 months down the road, or 1 1/2 years later. They'll put a craving on you when you see them up close!

I also saw that Sea Ark , very impressive platform to fish in it looks like.
I also would like to see in person the Big Daddy, or the Big Cat by Sea Ark.
I have an older Hydra-Sport center console striper special that I really like, but always like to look at the new stuff. The new Mako's in particular.

I spent a few hours sitting on a 2007 Mako 2201 at Bass Pro in Myrtle Beach last weekend. That is a perfect catboat but lacks a large livewell.

That's exactly what I was thinking looking at one, but they sure are nice.
My livewell is not really big enough now, but I get by.
