Several people have sent PMs requesting photos of the rod holder rack in my avatar picture. I finally got around to taking a few and uploading them to my photography web site here:

    http://www.pbase.com/martyt/rodholder

The rack is fabricated from 2" square 1/8" wall aluminum and holds 8 DriftMaster Pro series rod holders.

Marty thanks for sharing. I would be interested in one of them. Did you make it or was it made local?

I have a friend who likes to pretend he's a welder. He's got money to buy lots of nifty toys like TIG welders, and I'm happy to help give him something to practice on...

    Thanks Marty!

What plugs in the top rod rack where you have electrical wires routed to?

The stern light goes there. Gets it up high enough to be out of my line of sight but it still lights up the rod tips.

Looks great I been thinking of doing something in that order out of angle iron from a couple bed frames . Or should I get some aluminum wire for the welder and just make out of aluminum 1x1's
