My new rig

    Got myself my first boat a few weeks back, and thought I'd share a few pics of it. 17 ft tracker grizzly with 40 hp mercury jet. Steve and I have already spent a bunch of time (and $$) modifying it to get river ready. Put a removable rod rack on it and some rod holders on the center consol.

    If any of you KC people know the Kaw/MO well let me know and we'll have to go chase some whisker fish this summer.

    Ya, the wallet has definately already been out, and there doesnt appear to be an end in sight. O well, being out on the river is worth every penny.

    haha...ya, I dont post much. Mainly read up on all the posts to learn about different stuff.

    And yes Kyle, Taneycomo is callin my name for some monster browns this summer :smile2:

    Nice rig! The Grizzlys are a light and fast sled, two great characteristics for the Kaw. We get enough jet sleds here in Kansas,we are gonna have to have a run from Manhattan to Topeka when they get the ramp in above the dam.
