It's not the greatest pic or the greatest quality tat (I want to have it re-done) but i'm still proud of it. It shows my love of God & country.

Thats a nice Tattoo. I have one myself and yes ONLY one...for now at least. But why on earth ya going the length to get something that means so much to ya and then get it placed to cover up if ya want. The point was you got the tattoo because you WANTED it, not to cover it up. Does your mother not approve?? Just joking with ya. But be PROUD and SHOW it off, Dont cover it up! :cool2:

No, my mommy doesn't approve, but since i'm nearly 40, and raising a family of my own, she has to deal with it!

I am proud of it, I just don't think it needs to be displayed at all times. There are certain circumstances or places where (in my opinion) displaying a tat is not appropriate, such as at work.

BTW, she doesn't care much for my earring either. LOL

That's pretty cool. It looks nice and says something about what you believe.

Sounds like you might have a lil 'rebel' in ya. Nothing wrong with that.
you're right, there are places that arent appropriate for a tattoo. But over time the new wears off and you dont think twice about it. It becomes a part of you and who you are. Nice to see ya got something that is as nice as this one. I really like it.

I actually got this one about 2 1/2 years ago, but just thought i'd show it off since there have been a few other tattoo posts lately.
I might get another sometime, but 1st i'd like to get this one redone, the edges of the stripes aren't real straight & they aren't even width. It was free though so I can't complain too much.
