here are some pictures of some of the work i have done. the first few pictures are of the boat when i recieved, it was a freebe! i took out all the steel bolts, wood flooring. and gutted it completely. Then reinforced the cabin with angle iron welded to frame, and installed .080 alum floor over 2" closed cell foam. completely cut out the transom and replaced with .125" new.

since these have been taken i have finished the transom which consist of 3- 3/4" piecies of ply wood laminated, epoxyed, then fiberglassed, then a piece of 1/4 alum plate for the inside of the transom, Transom is reinforce with two 45 degree 18" gussets to the hull and double flanges from transom to sides. I have installed a small rear deck with two storage boxes, and a live well. as well as one rod box/ seat in the cab.

let me know what you think. I'll get more pictures up soon!

floor will recieve a couple of coats of tuff coat liner, and plan to re-paint. Also this boat will recieve a 115 hp mercury outboard.
