This was my first trip this year. Got on the lake around 5:00 pm and caught some bait. The weather started looking bad so I went home to let the storm blow over. Went back out about 7 pm or so and began to put rods out. Before all of the rods were out I was getting a good bite on one of them. At the same time I was watching the weather and listening to the report and decided I better head back in and wait out the second storm. Made it in and watched the storm from inside my truck at Lions Beach. Pretty bad wind and lighting. Around 9 pm I decided to call it a night as the lighting was still around the area. Score now:weather 2 me 0. maybe tomorrow night will be better. Oh, I also lost my 120 qt cooler somewhere. Not a good night. :sad2:

If you had stuffed that cooler with a bunch of channel cats, it wouldn't have blown away! lol
    Thanks for the report.
