Fished there Sat. nite from bank and caught a 6,7, 10 and 12lb blues on skipjack. A 90" gar jumped 5 times over 20min. fight and was great fun. The 22" softshell fought real hard too, being hooked in the rear leg! Shore fishing is pretty good from powerhouse walkways about anywhere, and is real accessable and well lit for night fishing. Pretty snaggy though. Try the point between the outlet and the main river, good spot. Boat offers more area for sure. Try the hole 50-100yds behind the 9th bouy,on north side of powerhouse outlet. Current makes this tough, but worth the trouble. With no dam release, fish middle to lock on red line and cast to gates or fish scour holes below you. If the siren sounds:crazy: get gone! FAST The night bite has been pretty good for bigger fish. 5AM-8AM is a close second for numbers. This should help you get started.:wink:Good luck to you.
