    just looking to see if any one has been out an about looking for these fine things with the weather breaing this week hoping to get out this weekend an see what is coming up looked in a few woods while driven down the roads today an seen that the may apples are up about 4 to 6 inches thats a good sign that they should be coming on any time good luck to u all

    Haven't checked yet. I think they will be popping real soon though. I give it a week, maybe two where I'm at. I'll start checking as soon as temps stay above the 40s at night for a week or so. Moisture sure won't be an issue this year. Good luck hunting!

    Seems kind of early based on weather conditions. But when they spring up there should be plenty with all the rain.

    I've looked in some reliable spots and haven't seen any, none, zilch. I too think the cold nights are the problem.
