    GRRRR! SNOW!

I woke up this morning and had to break the ice on my truck door to open it.

Guys... I dont know how bad it was for you last night and this morning but I had a quarter inch of acumulation on the vehicle, and it is still coming down. I wonder how "davesoutfishing" is doing up there in the upper peninsula. Maybe he's frozen already?

Maybe later Ill go sit in my deep-freezer and warm up a bit.

SO- do I drop my mower deck and put on the plow? LOL

We just had our first snowflakes of the year about 15 min. ago. It came down hard and then it was gone, just enough to dust the cars.

    Cry me a river, Sal...
Over here in Western MI we have an inch on the ground and you can't see accross the street!
Supposed to be over 60 again by Wednesday, and the long range forecast calls for 57 or so for the weekend that I care about...
I'll still keep the cold-weather-gear handy, though, better safe than sorry!
That's the thing with Michigan, what you have today seldom lingers.
Ask the guys in Minnesota & Wisconsin about winter... they laugh at stuff like this!

Too bad the BOC doesnt have a "thanks, but no thanks" button.

    LOL

I will put up with this place a little longer... unless the job market doesnt improve.

Oh and Bwanatony... You folks on the west side of the state get dumped on all the time. 2 years ago grand rapids set a record of over 125 days without sunshine. Clouds straight through! YUCK!

    Don't I know it...
Still, rather have Michigan snow & clouds than Oklahoma tornados, Texas rattlers, Mississippi fire ants, Arizona black widows, Florida hurricanes, California earthquakes, Louisiana governors, etc etc etc...
Everyplace has positives and negatives, at least I'm accustomed to the negatives here...

The only time I want to see snow is during deer season and on Christmas day. The rest of the time it can stay in Michigan, Wisconsin and all them other northern states.
