Went today and found the crappie deeper. 43 degree water temp(and air for that matter. Was chilly with a 15-25 mph wind). Had to use the crappie magnets without a bobber and count to 14 before retrieving to catch them. Nothing huge, but the bite was constant. Biggest was 10 1/2", smallest around 8". God bless.

Asasin thanks for the info. Im am prolly gunna have to try and get out after some crappie sometime pretty soon. I hope to be able to get after within the next 2 weeks. Hopefully by then the bite should be on pretty good but we will just have to see. Some good ole crappie filets sound pretty good.
