Sounds interesting, JJ! Used to fish up by Rulo, NE years ago. How far is it
to Nebraska City anyway? What's a visitor's license cost up there? Anyway,
let's see how the details shake out for this one. Will they let you leave the
state after your recent bracelet ride in Topeka or is that stuff settled for
    now? Talk to me bro!!

Dont know about the Nebraska City area but I grew up in Rulo.... There are some decent places up around there to fish but like now Im tied to the bank so I never got to fish out of a boat on the Mo, but the Nemaha River was another story......

I've never fished on a big river with a boat before. When I went to college in Highland, I saw the Mo near Whitecloud several times when the water was over the banks and when it was normal. I don't think I'd feel very safe on it at any time. But I've only been on a lake in a boat about three times, so I guess I'm just inexperienced and nervous.
