Fished Baldwin lake yesterday with ron (ronesche). Ron caught a 9lb. Bluecat a 8.5lb. Channel cat and a 7lb. Hybrid Striper. I only caught two 4lb. Blues. :embarassed: Had several other good hits, but the Gamakatsu circles let us down for the first time since we started using them 2 years ago. :eek:oooh: Had a great time anyway! All were caught on cut Bluegill.

Kevin thanks for the Baldwin Lake update. I knew it was about time for it to start giving up some fish.Looks like you had a good time. I hate those circle hooks. Give me the Kahle for I like to set the hook. :smile2:

Baldwin was a mixed bag for me this winter as well. I didn't catch any big boys, but had good numbers of blue, channels, flats, and stripers under 10#. I'll start hitting Carlyle and Washington County now that it is warming up.
