Fished Hard out of Waverly the last Two days and have come up with a Big Zero. Fishing usually picks up for me this time of year but this weekend was a Skunk. So much for good fishing when the river is rising, or at least I couldn't make them bite. I fished a lot of different water with a lot of different bait. I guess you can't get em every time.

thats why they call it fishin instead of catchin. Usually i prefer a rise or crest, usually better than a fall.

I would love to be Teal hunting but my only duck hunting spot is currently a little Dry. But I have plenty of duck food if I can get water on it by regular Duck season. Meanwhile I'll keep on fishing.

when water temp. drops alittle more they should start, feeding again.
I think their a lot like us when, it gets to warm or cold we don't move as much.
