Gonna be over there this weekend and wanted to know if anyone knew how the catfishin was over there. I was lookin at the website and all it says is that they have channels. Didnt know if would be worth draggin the boat over for.

I fish there all the time. I like fishing moss lines in and around coves. Fish 4-5 foot deep right against the moss line and you'll catch fish. We usually catch our limit when we go there. Some of them will go over 10 pounds. Don't be afraid to move. Most of the time we'll catch a few right off the bat at a new spot and then it'll slow down. Then we move to another spot, and do it all over again. Best baits are creek chubs, (Dead) a mix of liver and crawlers, bluegill heads, and shad.
