Well who are you all picking to win at Martinsville? I'm going with the #8. Jr. is always tough at the short tracks. Need Jeff Burton to have a bad week so the Bud Team can make a move in the points! Go Jr.!:cool2:

Ward Burton is back after 2 years. Driving the #4 Lucas Oil Chevrolet. Good to see him back and hope he does well. Also Dave Blaney looks fast for this race.

If the expert is going with Gordon then I'll put my money on the 24 also. Jeff might even win another after this one. GO GORDON!

That was a great race and for the most part clean driving. I dont know if any of you watched Dave Dispain(sp) last night he had JG and Jr on there. Even Jeff said he whines too much  so at least he can laugh at himself. Jr had some good stuff to say about what kind of relationship he and Gordon have (media says they are bitter enemies) I dont think there is anyone that is a bitter enemy right now, maybe some dislike but not super bitter.

I was glad to see Ward Burton back behind the wheel. Martinsville was typical Martinsville again with both good and bad luck playing a big part in the outcome. I think the biggest looser was Jr when his patience ran out with the biggest winner being Jeff who kept his in check for the most part. Before the race the key word was patience and whoever kept theirs and stayed out of trouble did well. I know I wouldn't want to be Reagan today! LOL

Great race and I don't wish anybody bad luck but JB finally caught his share which makes for a really good chase.I can't think of a more edge of the seat finish and what a great Job by Johnson and Hamlin to race so hard and NOT wreck each other although I thought JJ made a great recovery and still can't figure out how he held Hamlin off.Did you catch JG thanking Tony for not wrecking him on Tonys pass for fourth.Even Tony said he used Gordon up a little but not enough to damge him or wreck him.I think Tony has been the most respectful of all the drivers out of the chase and has been a role model of how to race for the win WITHOUT crashing any of the chasers.Normally I don't care for Stewart but he has earned my respect totally for the way he has raced out of the chase by respecting the "Ten".Hopefully everyone else will remember that if and when they are out of the chase.Great race and one more like that and any of them could win the title.:eek:oooh: :smile2:

Contrary to popular belief here I was still proud of Tony he drove a good clean race and earned his position. As for Jr he just blew it on his own.
But I still dont care for short tracks unless they are dirt.
