Doe's anyone have any thoughts on whether old tires hooked together make for good stucture for blues. If you would have 30 tires in 3 sets of 10 together would that be enough. I thought I would place them on a drop off of a old creek channel. The fish and game have through the years placed tires on humps but they make a pile about 25' in dia and 6' high. Thanks

i dunno about Blues, but i know that would prolly attract some flathead, but if in the deepest part of the river maybe, but you also got to think about the fact Blues are constantly moving too

 i dont know but wouldnt that pollute your water, just my oppinion but i would imagine you would have to get a permit or something for this, but i imagine it would serve the purpose your asking.

The state of Kansas has been useing tire reefs in the lakes for years. They work vary well as they don't rot and fall apart.
