making posts

    Logged in,, And After spendin 20 min to make a post, when i go to submit it or preview it it says im not logged in and gives me a place to logg in,, i logg back in and my post is gone,, Time and info lost,,,has happened several times,,

    Any ideas?

    Jay are you putting a check in the "Remember Me" Box when you sign on? If not you will have that problem.

    sometimes i do and sometimes not, is that what thats for?
    I figured it was so you didnt have to punch in your name and pw everytime, but it doesn't work for that either...

    if that doesn't solve the problem, I like to temporarily save long posts to the local computer before hitting submit. you can just highlight and right click then select copy. that way if you hit submit and something goes wrong, you can just paste it again and save yourself a headache.

    Yeah, make sure to check that remember me box, if not you will be automatically logged out if you haven't done anything on here for a period of time.

    best way to make a post is to, use your word editor of choice. make it spell check it etc. then cut and paste it to the post.
    I notice some word editors dont copy good. I use one from win 3.1. LMAO. Once copied you got to delete the blank spots bring it all together.
    I aint got the fancy stuff so it's hard on my end. LOL. :tounge_out:
