Well, figured yall would get a kick out of this.

Saturday night Madison and myself were staying home and Mandy was going bowling with her cousin. It was about 8 and Madison was real tired. I turned on her SpongeBob DVD and she was sitting in her chair watching it. Well, about 10 minutes later she was fast asleep in her chair. We have a TV set up for her in my computer/her playroom.

I went into the other room to put on a movie to watch. I had rented Paulse and wanted to see it. I was watching TV about 10 minutes when I hear something come from her room. I went in and just had to laugh. Madison had gotten into mommys fingernail polish somehow and tried to paint her fingernails. She also painted her toes, belly, and legs.

I got her cleaned up but took a couple pics for yall to enjoy. She is rotten to the core!!! hehehe

that is the reason that my daughter doesn't get to have any nail polish in her room. My 2 year old niece comes over a bunch.

Too cute Matt. Glad it wasn't lipstick, I think fingernail polish is easier to remove. I'd let her paint MY fingernails/toenails, I can't do much better than that myself .

When my Daughter was that age, she looked like that 4 or 5 times a week?
But she didn't just get into the fingernail polish.
She thought she had to have the makeup, lipstick, powder and anything else she could make a mess with?

Enjoy them when they are that age, because they grow up quick.
My little girl just turned 18!

    Tea,

She gets more adorable each day! Thanks so much for those pics!

Is she left handed? There are a couple of reasons I ask.........a) she is handing you the polish back with her left hand. b) It appears she actually tried to paint the right hand but gave up and stuck her fingers in the polish with the left hand.

Whewwwwwwwww weeeeeeeee, she had enough knowledge not to get it all over her other toys......say BTW, how does she have room for the chair? LOL.

Take care and thanks again for sharin' those pics.

Boy that brings back memories. Not of nail polish, though when my daughter was about that age she would get into the dirt that was in the potted plants and get it all over her face and mouth, she would actually eat it. She denies it all, whats nice is I have photos I can use for black mail when she gets a husband and won't let us go fishing or something.

thats too sweet, I know exactly where you're coming from, found myself in the same spot before with my 2 year old. At least she didnt try using it as lipstick, was fortunate all mine only painted their toes and fingers :smile2:
