After reading Chris Simpsons thread I would like to add my two cents worth.
Living in Tennessee we are always swamped with jet skis and water skiers.
I have basically quit fishing this state, I travel to Monty as much as possible although its a 2 1/2- 3 hr trip one way for me. I consider it worth it. I generally fish for the eating size cats.
People that get to fish Monty all the time forget what its like on most other lakes and start taking it for granted. I only wish we had a Monty close to my home. You just don't realize how lucky you are!!

Welcome John & Nelson, to the BOC  One thing is certain, we need to definitely appreciate Monty & try our best to protect her from those that don't.
