Just wondering how yall do yours. I use Swamp Fire as my seasoning in the water. I get that off the internet, or in Louisiana when I'm there. Once the water is simmering (below a boil) I throw in 2 lemons cut in half, a bag of red or small baking potatos, a bag of onions with the skins removed, two heads of garlic (skin removed) 2 packs of sausage (like indioulle, or which ever you prefer) and hot dogs if you like. I cook that for about a 20 to 30 mins. Then throw in a sack of crawfish and a dozen blue crab. Cook for about 10 to 15 mins. Cut off the heat and toss in a pound of shrimp. Cover for about 10 more mins. then pour out and get a cold beer, if you havent already!
