Lost a piece to my baitcaster..

    i lost a little knob thing on the side of my bass pro shops bait caster, its the thing you have to move depending on how heavy your bait is... does anyone know what this knob thing is called? or where i can get another one?

    I went through the same thing last year on one of my bass baitcasting reels. I took it to my local bait shop and they had to order one. I don't remeber what it is called but the problem I had was...they told me that Bass Pro uses different companies to make all thier baitcasters and they are not specified on the reels so it takes a while to get a new one. I waited for about 2 months before a new one was received in the mail.

    That is called a "cast control knob". BPS I believe has their own repair shop, so you can probably order one through them(not sure though).
