Losing my power steering

    Im losing the power steering in my 1991 F150, I check the fluid and there was plenty. The pump is working fine. What could be wrong? any ideas before i bring it to the shop?

    maybe your hose has a crack in it...not fur shore thou im not no pro mechanic

    definately the hose they blow out at the fitting on the gear box most of the time!!! i sell ford parts & we used to sell alot of those hoses for that reason

    Brought the truck in this morning and it turned out to be a bad pump. replacement and labor was only $156
