Looper rigs worked real good...but

    I didn't catch and Catfish.
    Lake Shasta is a hard lake to fish for Cats.
    I did just like you guys told me when I got ready to call it quits. I just slapped the looper rigs on the water a few times and they came out really clean.

    Harry not familuar with the lake you went to, but have been to a few that are hard to find the cats. I feel for ya.
    Here is a thought I try to look for feeder streams to the lake and structure in the area.I have found them hidding in locations like that at times.

    Glad those Looper Rigs worked out for ya, use em everytime I go fishing. Can't beat em.

    I need to order some of those. I use stink bait often on small lakes, and the dip worms never clean up well.
