I've been fishing a lot in augusta the past almost year and a half mostly on post and out at clarks hill. my buddy offered me a night(tonight) out on his boat down at lock and dam. i've fished there before but only able to snag some shad litteraly. he's never fished down there either or on a boat for both of us. what does everyone think bottom of the dam or top. Me i'd like to try the bottom but every time i try the bottom i'm always getting snagged or breaking poles, but from what i've seen and heard the bottom is by far the best. I aint asking for cat holes just if ya'll think it better up top or bottom, thanks brothers:big_smile:

I would try above the lock, around those steel pilelons, there is some big cats there.
