My client today was BOC member mintaka and I picked him up at Beatties Ford landing at 7:15 AM and off we went to Lucky Creek. Bait of choice today was Skip Jack and white perch marinated in shad oil. Wind was out of the SW at 5 to 15 MPH and we had cloudy conditions with a few sprinkles. I had four rigs out the back and two side planer boards. We did not score with the bait catching rigs as it relates to white perch, but we did get three or four channels off them. The catfish rigs produce eight blues in the five to eight plus range and a couple of smalls one. Wind got up and we quit about 10:30 AM. Total fishing time was around three hours.
