I picked up my seven year old client and his guardian at seven bells at the Hagers Creek landing. Headed straight for Marker 7 in the main channel. I had four rigs out the back and two side planer boards, all baited with vacuum sealed Skip Jack cut into small chunks. Water surface temp. was 82.4 degrees, one degree higher than yesterday. Wind was out of the SSW at 5 to 10 MPH. We caught blues and a channel, all in 10 to 55 feet of water. The young lad was ready to quit at 8, then 9 and we quit at 9:45 AM. He ended up with nine blues in the three to five pound range and a nice channel weighing six plus.

The ever present Sabiki Rigs picked up a bass and a carp.
