My buddy Cliff picked me up at 7 AM and we headed out to fish in the area of D11. Water temp was 77 degrees and the water was slightly muddy from all the rain we have received in the past six days. Bait selection, was gizzard shad, threadfin shad, bream, crappie and white perch (majority of which were alive or real fresh). We fished for cats for about three hours and ended up with eight, of which, two were flatheads, the largest being 18 plus pounds that hit a small live blue gill on the drift.
