Has anyone made a bait with limburg cheese? If so did it catch any thing?

I have used it many many times making bait. and think so or not i have found other cheese that works just as well at catfish connection.

It smells so bad that it has to catch something. LOL

I fished one day and an old guy came up with a can of bait he made. It had limberger cheese and cattails mixed up. THe lake we were at had a moss bottom and he said this bait floated. He did not have to stay long to catch his limit. I was there long after he was gone.

WOW, that sounds like a good idea, I have a mini catfishing tournament coming up for some channels, and might have to try that. I have heard this pond has moss on the bottom, and something floating would work well.

Yeah Good luck, let us also know how you do in the competition.Just make sure to get the bait you make extra smelly. LOL Thats how they like it.
