im familiar with the river that runs through newark, my favorite part ( besides the spillway) is the stretch from rt 668 to dillon resovior....some good parts in there.......but its been really low and my fav spot down there has been taken over by snappers n softshells..........

The River was way up when katrina hit, so I have been there since then. I'm thinking of going to the river next week sometime.
