well i went down to the lexington boat ramp this afternoon seen a whole lote of ice chunks floating down river but the ramp looked pretty clean and the dykes are showing .

would be very hard to fish it today with all the ice chunks ..

just thought i would share with yas

I also drove down to the boat ramp ant Chamois Mile 118 no ice ramps clean. Wanted to so bad I could taste it.
What did I do, went to the school Chirstmas concert.
I must say it was good.

Thanks for the reports. The ice flows make it pretty much unfishable up here at Kansas City, but they will pass in time, hopefully before May.

I'll have to be honest...I went duck hunting today and all I could do is look at all the fishing holes and structure that the river hides during the spring and summer. There is alot more you can learn about the river when it is this low in the winter:wink:.

BTW...the biggest group of ducks that came in was when I was running my mouth about a fishing trip and missed the opportunity to shoot:sad2:.

Thanks for the post my up-river neighbors!!
