Had a pretty good trip on Lewisville this past weekend. Cody and Harry joined me for some exciting blue cat action. They finished the day landing 18 blues that weighed in at 107 lbs. Harry landed the big fish of the day that set his new personal best at 22 lbs. The big fish was weighed photographed and released. All fish were caught on cut shad with some soaked in Dead Red Blood Spray and Team Catfish Double-Action circle hooks. We caught fish drifting deep water flats, anchored over specific structure and on shallow flats. The wind died and pretty much shut the drifting down. We changed tactics a bit and contiuned to put fish in the boat. Fishing is only going to get better now that the colder weather is setting in. Here are a few pictures from the trip.
