Hey thanks centralcalcat,

"Yea" - Those two came for a spot that I fish up in Lodi, Ca. (The California Delta). I got them on a watermelon color senko.

my son usually smokes me bassfishin the banks but at a farm pond i have him
waxed he catches more but ive gotten the biggest so far.
we bought that BANJO MINNOW KIT off tv and tried it tonite .
he caught 3 or 4 and i had 2 or 3 hits but they didn't latch on. :crying:
i think we need some weight in the front of those minnows to get em to sink a little quicker.
any of you guys try these yet?
before we got these weve always used rooster tails and mini buzzbaits
for the most part.

Hey DRC,

I got that kit a few years ago. Try using a spilt shot about 12 to 18 inches above the Minnow. Worked well for me. :D

I'd say they are worth the money. I bought a kit and have caught a lot of bass on em. The biggest I've landed on it was 3lbs. Lot's of two's also. Most of my big Bass come from spinnerbaits. Almost all of my bass above 4lbs come from spinnerbaits.
