Lakes are up in Missouri - It goes without saying...

    That as of this afternoon, the massive amounts of rain received in the Kansas City area has caused the spillways of Prairie Lee Lake as well as Lake Jacomo run wild... I'm all for fishing them during high water, but as of the evening they looked downright nasty. Perhaps in the next few days it'll slow down enough to be fishable.

    If any of you decide to fish either of these spots, please be very careful.

    Water everywhere and still coming down this morning...I can fish from my driveway:lol: :lol:

    With the way my luck has been lately, I'd have just as good a chance of catching a fish from my front yard as any other body of water.

    NOAA is predicting a 38.8 foot crest on 5/9 for the MO River in KC. That's still 10 feet below 1993 levels.
