Has the water come down any yet? I was out there about 2 weeks ago and it was a muddy mess of floating trees and limbs.

I went swimming at the sand bar and the shallowest place I found was still up to my neck. Its ussually not over waist deep. Once it gets down some I'm wanting to take the kids swimming.

It was still up a little last night, but today I went over the bridge into RockHill and they were moving water pretty good. There was alot of trash above BB towards Southfork. Some big pieces to. See you Friday night....

They still need to drop Lake Wylie another 18"-20" to reach the target elevation. Lake Norman is about a 9" above its target elevation, and Mt. Island is around 18" above its target elevation. So, there will be a lot of water moving through the system over the next couple of days.
