Welcome to the board Brice. I've never fished it but have thought of making a trip over there. Looking forward to hearing someone comment on it.

Howdy, I dont know anything about fishing it but I used to hunt, ducks and deer there alot. It's a shallow lake lots of weeds. I know there is a good white bass run every spring there but nobody ever talks about catfishing there. I hope someone knows something more for ya...

this is my first post on here so just want to say whats up y'all?

i never had any luck in the lake when i fished there during my internship this summer (worked for texas parks and wildlife) but i cleaned out the cleaning station cans and there was always lots of catfish everyday this summer.

i've heard the opening of yegua creek is good and i've kayaked down it and seen tons of fish hitting the water in the early morning.

i live in bryan and would be down for a fishing trip if anyone wants to go.
