I read an article on the Illinois Game & Fish website, and I read that Lake Shabbona is a good channel and bullhead lake. Any fish that lake? Good Spots?

Are there any good places at Shabbona that you can fish from shore?
Also, what type of bait do you use and do you fish on or off the
bottom? Thank you for any info!!

im at shabbona about twice a week, the best spot for shore line "hunting" is the " somonauk point area", this is also a good spot ingeneral, because of the stumps, for wait ever you fish. ive used everything from worm and bobber to bait balls and liver on the bottom. hope this helps ya.
