left the landing at 9:00 am the weather was nastty and rainy but i got a pontoon with a 3/4 top  so what the heck . i was the only boat out till about lunch:crazy:. water temp was near 72 and the fish were staged at about every depth, i caught them from 10' to 50' in and around creeks , started in a cove at 5' driffted all the way out and to the other side of the channell just to see what would happen , caught fish all the way across, no huge fish but alot in the 5-10lb range biggest 19lb. total 27 blues 3 channels 15 perch 4 crappie 1 bluegill 2 spotted bass and no flatties:sad2:,
i did see one flattie today around 40lb+ but she was floating in the main lake near the dam :sad2: ,i sure would like to have caught and released her. all in all a good day , i was back on the trailer at 1:30 before it got bad out there.
