I have a bunch of trips coming up, starting Tuesday, with the Nascar fans coming in for Speed Week. So I went scouting this morning and fished the mouth of Hagers Creek and Mtn. Creek marker 1. Bait of choice this morning was vaccum sealed white perch and blue backs that had been frozen. Lite wind when I started at 7 AM and 12 to 15 MPH wind when I finished a litte before 10 AM. I caught a nice flathead in Hagers Creek, plus another flathead and three blues. At M-l I caught 6 blues and would have stayed except I did not want to mess with the wind. All fish were release alive to be caught by my clients later, I hope.

PS, first day after a full moon.

On my way back in this morning, I saw one of my bud's fishing with his son and informed them where I missed a good one this morning. They went over there and caught six blues, the largest 32 pounds.
