My buddy, Cliff, picked me up a little after 7 AM and we headed out to Lucky Creek. After a 25 minute ride, we got all set up to catch us some blues. Bait of choice today was one large Gizzard Shad and I mean big and some Thread-fin Shad that died overnight. Water temp was 62 degrees and wind was out of the ENE around 5 MPH. We ended up with 13 blues, the largest 10 pounds, two at 7 pounds even and the others were eating size. Back at my dock at 11:10 AM.
