Hey guys my dad lives in Greenwood Indy, and was telling me about a huge lake in Bloomington called Lake Monroe. He's caught a couple nice walleye from there, and said it oughta be good for flatheads, and wants me to come up and fish it with him. Any suggestions on how to fish it from the bank? Does it have good potential for big hawg flats? Thanks.

There are some nice cats in there. Sorry I have not shore fished it but it is surrounded by public ground so if you can get to it most likely you can fish it.

    Good luck

Thanks Indy. If I get a chance to fish there this summer I'll probably get there a couple hours before day light and just try and find the baitfish around some cover, and set up my flathead stuff around that particular area. Worst case scenario I get skunked, which has been happening down here enough lately.
