Lake Marion 10-2

    The fish in the picture was 36lbs. Had a great day drifting. Ended up with 23. The fishing was non-stop in the morning from 7:30-11:30. We had 17 at 11:30. The big fish came later in the afternoon. Drifted threadfin shad with the water temp at 70. Crazy part was, I think I missed a bigger fish that got me in the trees. All fish were released for another day. They were in 19' of water on the edges. It was a great day.

    That sounds like a great trip and a mess of cats! I too have lost some big fish in the trees. Thanks for the pictures
