Novice, welcome to the BOC. As for Macintosh, There are some channel's, and I have caught a couple small bullheads, but nothing of any size. Since it has been cold, I have marked alot of fish on the sonar, but have not had much luck getting them to bite. The last couple of times I have been out, I spend more time searching and exploring then I have fishing. Hopefully it will payoff in the spring. If you are looking for good fishing, Macintosh is not near the top of the list.

as for macintosh, I used to fish it pretty regular and there are some good cats in there but the best time to catch them are during the spawn season. there are channels and mudcats I don't know about flatheads but pretty sure no blues unless someone has dumped them in there.
