Welcome to the site man. I haven't fished that lake, but I'm sure that there are some on this site who have. Also try a search in this forum for that lake, you may turn something up.

    Tyrell,

I used to fish Macintosh quite a bit for bass, but never tried cats. I did ask at the boat house about it one time, and I think that it was stocked with channels (and maybe whites, and bullheads). If I can help, I will be glad to. Just let me know what you want to know about the lake.

Since I live in the Burlington area, I fish Macintosh on occasion. The lake in general is a great fishery, as it is fairly deep (although narrow) with a good population of bait. It is not unusual to see fairly good schools of shad in the evenings, and white perch or bream are plentiful. Largemouth bass are fat and sassy, and the crappie are nice too. I've caught some catfish using "gobba worms", but they have all been yellow bullheads. Some of them, however, have been pretty chunky weighing up to 2 to 4 lbs. I don't know about the other catfish species, but it is certainly fun to explore the possibilities. Sorry I couldn't help further. Tight lines!
